Try to file a Case Specific Inquiry and upload copy of your passport. I've seen others who did so and the application was reopened. the problem is it takes long time until it got reopened. Some took 20 days!

I've seen so many cancellation due to incomplete application, some managed to submit Case Specific Inquiries and some may have opted to create a new EE profile... Let's hear from your experience. If you have done inquiry, how long did it take to reopen the application, or have you heard back...

As you were waiting, have you created a new EE profile? I have the same thing and I'm not sure if I should wait or create a new profile again. and what if they reopened my application, what will happen to the other EE or the if it happened after I receive another ITA?

Are they just visiting or intending to stay? have you included them in your application as accompanying family members to come to Canada?

I would add to this make sure you provide explanation to any situation you feel it might be confusing to CIC. Just like in my case, I believe they were confused about my company base and my work base giving that I had a home base position
