I don't think they will be doing it..coz in Bangalore the file has reached to 4 th July ..and for each date they take 2-3 days .. then how would it be possible to clear all files before 25

I don't know about the dates but I guess we will be getting by that date coz one of my friend recently got visa in 41 days

Me too applied on 12 July and my status are same as yours .. I guess we will be getting at 24-25 August coz applications in Bangalore are taking 42-44 days

You vl be getting today or 1-2 days coz 4 July ones have started getting their visas from yesterday

I guess you can apply on the airport itself yet I suggest you to ask an expert or experienced person

If it's forwarded to Delhi than you will be getting your decision soon in few days but I guess Mumbai file goes to Bangalore and so if it's in Bangalore than I will say more than few days .. They are reviewing my eligibility since 6 days yet no change.:(

Vfs Bangalore are getting medical updates of 13-14 July I guess

Yes you need if it's more than certain hour limit.. but one of my friend told that you can get London transit visa there in the airport itself.. but still I am not sure... You just verify with a travel agent once
