I applied for a visitor extension

Was here’s a visitor record extension. I applied from the Canada and USA citizen. Hoping my extension is granted to be able to continue our months to reach the one year mark for common law. Then I can apply for PR

Applied for visitor record Ext sept 21. Hoping and praying I get it to continue our common law goal of one year then to file PR in May. For common law status goals what’s the success rate. fingers crossed.

We have t be living as common law one year prior to filing PR papers. This me being here 6 mo on the first record and if I get extension that will be another 6 mo to give us the one year

Yes we are trying to get ya that one year mark. And now I agree I should have waited to file the extension but she sent confirmation they got it sept 25. My record now expires dec 15. So if we can make it to May -we can file the sponsee PR common law papers
