Hi, What I did was, I emailed ottawa office regarding my change in marital status, and they sent me a mail with the list of documents to be uploaded in my CIC profile. I did and they assigned a UCI number to my spouse within 2 weeks.

Hi Guys I added my spouse to my application (cec inland) and sent the documents on March 7, 2019. My spouse UCI was generated on March 20, 2019. I called the CIC people and they said my file is getting processed in Vancouver office, no update till now. Anyone with same time line and waiting time?
