    There is no number that I am aware of. Email is the only option. When i wrote to CIC through webform I just got a reply saying you must write to the NDVO I got the emai id from the cic website. The email id is - delhi-immigration@international.gc.ca

    Interestingly about 49 members on your excel sheet out of 65 that have updated from the June AOR have not got the PPR. Does it mean that the time taken by IRCC in general has increased?
