Yes, same email. But is it permissible to use different emails. My jobbank profile is stll active though linked to the old expired EE profile. So, what I'm asking is, is there any way to update it with my new seeker code or do I have to deactivate or delete it to create a new one. Thanks

Please people, I'm not able to use my new jobseeker code as the form indicates that my email address is already used. Without jobbank sending info to CIC, they won't activate my profile. How was this problem solved? Please any useful suggestions. Thank you.
