my application was received on july 17 applicant ...i don't think i will make it in the cap... sudden spike in the numbers and looking at the excel sheet the number of people who have confirmed fee encashed has reduced to 30% so for 2174 and 1112 next update would be the last update :(

in the excel sheet I can see that harmeet whose app was received on 30th may has his fees encashed. So is there a pattern for encashment of fees?? previous it was said all the NOC would be in queue based on the receiving date but only 2147 app of 30th may has been encashed. Can anybody comment...
