I think this is a normal procedure. Intend to Reject letter is a basic procedure if we are missing any form, signature etc... they will sent a letter , that is called Intend to Reject letter. We have to submit the document which they are asking within 90 days. Consult a Attorney immediately...

Is that information wrong ? But many Nov 2015 applicants who applied from India got updation. That is clear information. But CSQ... i don't know. what is your opinion ?

If this is true, i can't understand there logic of how they treat & issue CSQ. 2014 applicants still didn't get CSQ yet !!! I am Nov 2015 applicant but did not get any updation. Hopefully will get soon.
