    December 2014 citizenship applicants!

I'm just curious about those who have not got their AOR yet. I was looking at the sheet and there's a handful. Is it just not updated? Also anyone recognize any pattern between IP to Transferred? I think they sort of deal with the local offices in batches. :-\

    December 2014 citizenship applicants!

Looks strange but I see from the spreadsheet mostly Vancouver, Calgary and some Montreal applications in process with maybe 2 Toronto applicants. Are they saving on mailing charges by doing bulk mailing to each of the processing centers?

That's wierd! Did you allow them to pull your CBSA record in your application? You should not have to do it unless you said NO to that answer.

    JAN 2015 Citizenship Applicants

Looks like the page was changed on 31st December 2014. See the bottom of the page (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/CIT0002ETOC.asp#crr) I would assume that all applications received before that would be the old $400 fee. I paid for my fees on 14th December and signed...

I never had any intentions to leave Canada. I moved here after many years in the US for a safe and better life. I've enjoyed it so far and was looking forward to becoming Canadian. This government has made me angry and it's put a bitter taste in my mouth about politics here. Back in the US...

I am a month away from applying for Citizenship. Feel cheated that when I applied for PR it was 3 years after that I was able to apply for Citizenship. It's ok Canada. I will wait another year! No harm to me. But I ain't voting the Cons when I become a Citizen. Now let's hope this government...

    RESIDENCE QUESTIONNAIRE

That is indeed very sad. Hope they start speeding up. I think they seems to have. But if you get an RQ does the whole family's application get held up too or just the one member they RQ?

    RESIDENCE QUESTIONNAIRE

I don't understand one thing....One of the risk to getting a RQ is travel or unemployment within the 4 years. In my case I landed in Feb 2009 got my PR card and went back. Finally moved in May 2011 and stayed on. With the short trips made to the US and back home for 2 weeks. I will be able to...
