WTF. I live in Winnipeg. I went to US border, did my landing & was back home in 4 hours. Now let's find someone who lives in Vancouver area. They almost live in the US. :P

Yea that's completely normal. Some get it within a week, others wait like 3 weeks.

It's fine. You have play with the options button on the top column bar and check all the options. It worked for me.
