It is not necessary you can reduce some amount from bank statement but after receipt of confirmation email from CIC with your UCI and Application file no. you have to maintain the same balance again till passport required from local VO

After receipt of PER you can inform them via sending new passport notarized copy with covering letter about the change...I did the same....before sending hard copy just write an email to VO about the change...

First ask your consultant to return back all your submitted documents and verify the letter received from CHC, i had experience the same issue in FSW2013... All consultants in India are cheaters don't believe them on first instance... You can file the application on 2172 code if your duties can...

Tell CHC about the updates...first send an email than wait for their reply still you have enough time till than issue a PCC for both of you (if pending)....CHC will extend the deadline for your case...not to be worry...you all 3 will go to canada...
