Any FSW candidate from India whose AOR is around 18 Aug. '18, paid RPRF around 30 Sept. '18, Meds passed and did Not yet receive PPR ? I am asking because a contemporary of mine received one. Also my CIC account status did not change at all since payment of RPRF.

Hello sunshine41, May I ask you what is the need to call CIC agent to get updated status of one's application ? The Express Entry account does show the status, though not in the form of NA, IP1 , IP2 etc. What exactly does CIC agent tell us extra about application-processing status ? Thanks.
