Hi guys, I got my ITA today and will be applying for BOWP this week (on receiving AOR) since PGWP expires on Monday. The question I have is that whether there is any rule stopping me from switching jobs ( CEC Inland applicant) while on implied status and waiting for my BOWP? I have some job...

Re: Those Who Received ITA April 20 Please Connect Here No, as long as you have the reference number you need to input that into your application..you do have 60 days to submit so you should be fine..my case was close due to BOWP application submission so didn't want to take any chances.

Depends on where you are located, call the panel physicians in your area and try to book an appointment asap! I got mine done in March in anticipation of the ITA.

I had a dream too that it was 475...phew! Just got the ITA in my email and the PR tab is open in MYCIC...will apply by tomorrow for PR and BOWP since PGWP expires Monday.

Yipeee...finally ITA time!

Can we attach new documents to a submitted extension for work permit application or does it get locked as soon as we submit? What if I attach AOR after submitting my work permit extension application to continue my implied status?

Can I apply for BOWP before I get an ITA and attach the AOR if I get the ITA a few weeks later.? Reason I ask is coz my permit expires in 3 weeks and I am at 469 so if I don't make next draw can I continue working on implied status?

Yea, it is a decision I will have to take in 2 weeks which I hope I don't have to take...do you know how long is expected to take for an officer to review my BOWP on average? If it is more than 4 weeks I might be leaning towards taking that risk..

Yea what I meant by that is and I have discussed this with HR is that they will officially terminate my employment and rehire me after my PR is done so I don't think there will be any illegality in that respect.
