Dear All, I need your advice please. My file received to CIC on 26/9/2013 for NOC 0211. I believe that I am out of CAP. However, I haven't received any announcement email or my file yet. What shall I do? If I should contact CIC, could anyone send me its email or phone number? Thanks alot

I believe that two different answers are not so far, because the process takes around 18 months. So, If you wait till the sponsored person reaches to Manitoba, I think it will be around 18 months from submission applications. Just be ready with all of your documents to apply
