"In the past 4 years, were you present in a country, other than Canada, for a total of 183 days or more?" - this is what it says on the application form. and I'll definitely need a Police Clearance certificate unless the new forms drop this.

Would that be 183 days in a year out of the country or 183 days within the 5 year time period? I've been out of the country for a total of 350 days spread in four trips outside Canada in approximately 4 years and none of which was more than 180 days. Should I get a Police Clearance certificate...
