My Application was delivered 4-Jan to FBI. Report was delivered on 26-Apr @ Mumbai, India

Based on the number of applications which they are processing, the time which they are taking is around 15 weeks. I would say consider 4 - 4.5 months

Currently, Applicants from 8-Dec are getting AOR's today. So we should be expecting around End of June.
