there is really no specific time frame. mine has been gone for a month though i think its in transit back to Lagos. you can try to send an email to accraimmigration just to note the urgency but i dont think i have seen anyone with less than a month processing time. I may be wrong though

Eventually received the approval and counterfoil yesterday. Also got an email that my passport is with Accra VFS. AOR Sep 10 2020 PPR Nov 27 2020 VFS Lagos Nov 30 2020 VFS Ack Dec 02 2020 Approval Dec 31 2020 All the best to everyone

These auto generated messages are really confusing. I got the one you can see now saying the application is in transit a few days before the one shared by @CD07

Lagos VAC does not do walk in for now. You need to send your document to them using any of the registered courier companies . DHL, UPS etc The consent form is available online and has also been shared on this thread
