Thank you for posting this. Very informative indeed. So basically in a nutshell, anyone without a job offer who does not live in Canada, now has next to no chances of ever moving to Canada through PNP programs. Great!

Guys, I know SINP EE In demand category program is now closed but assuming it opens up again in 2017 with same criteria and my occupation is not in the IN DEMAND occupation list but I still score enough points - would I still be eligible for Nomination?
