The struggles and frustration is so much. We just going through the motions until they decide its time. We got decision made in July. Still awaiting ppr. I know persons still waiting for their passport to return, so maybe after those return they might request a few more.

Yes it is different. So unpredictable. I was hoping I would be in the next batch that receive passport request from last week but if they don't finish stamp and return those passport that have already, then I have another lengthy wait

I'm not sure if the tracking number actually works from what I have read. I order notes July 14 and received it today August 13

The MP office is highly respected, so just work with them. They will get it sorted out for you.

Ok. Try contacting immigration again, explained when you cancelled the representation and let them know the representative never got that particular letter as well. Also Get your MP involved to help resolve the issue ASAP.

How long now have you submitted the new form to cancel the representative
