Hi Dreams123, Is that email address matter? Even though there is another email address on your request letter, CIC send the notification message to your email address and communicate through your email address, so why do you concern about another address on the letter?

I applied through express entry. The 2nd AOR means that CIC has examined applicant's application and confirmed that documents are complete and the applicant is eligible for the PR application.

Yes, but apply the BOWP requires me to provide the 2nd AOR from CIC, which I have not received yet. :)
