Agency is not allowing to get gc notes..they allow it only after exceeds process time..

Anyone here changed country during federal process...i applied from saudy and now i left and in india..i have to update my newborn docs...so my consultant is forcing me to inform about the change ..am little bit worried..is it affect my process..am 12 mo.th of my federal part without medical...
