That's a million dollar question. Some of us applied in Nov and still no transfer....so I think you are good.

You can always try your luck. I am not sure about the webform. I believe it says on IRCC website that they won't respond if your app is still within 12 months timeline. Anyone else tried that in here?

That is rare! Hopefully there is movement at Sydney. I think there is very few of us Nov applicants with no file transfer (that I have observed).
