dear taneja u will receive refund from cic only if they have not started processing your application. once the processing of applicatiom starts then no refund. u got verification call, so i believe your application processing has started. check your ecas status. refer site www.cic.gc.ca

i believe few lucky ones got it...they are already in Canada.... they are not active on the forum now...
