AOR 20-Dec-2018. I logged into account today around 9:30 AM EST. I saw the current status as "Application updated". I also realized that UCIs are changed to just numbers and status bar has moved a little. However, There is no other update like MEP or IP1 on account yet.

Reading is objective so there is remote chances of increase.

My experience with this:

Examiners/Markers will not even know your score for other module. You shouldn't worry if you are confident that you performed well and covered basics of scoring criteria.

Looking at the way you write your post, I see minimal chances of getting upgrade in writing. If you are confident in Speaking then you should opt for EoR.

In US, I was told by the center that if there is any change in score, center would send me TRF via express shipment (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc). And if there is no change in score, center would send TRF via regular mail (USPS). I am not sure how does that work in Canada Centers. If its similar...

Listening - It is objective, answer is either right or wrong. Less/no chance of increase in EoR Writing - It is subjective. Evaluation varies from one examiner to other. Higher chances of increase in EoR. However, If you want CLB 9, then retake IELTS, as Listening needs to be 8

LOL. Who are you and me to decide this? Let the people decide if these books are helping them or not in IELTS prep. I don't think this book even claimed on any page that they are official Cambridge book.

I second your suggestions. @Kareemselim You are the one who know more about your performance during exam. If you are confident that you covered the basics of scoring criteria and did not make much errors, you should go for EoR.
