    Hi, Yes you can give anywhere in the world. just keep your passport & BIL with you during VFS visit. & one more thing, you can book appointment for biometrics in nearest VFS in your home country. I did the same.it's my personal experience. All the best.

    If possible, you can attached 2 slips per year(Total 6). I know it's optional, but yes pay slips will definitely make your case stronger.

    Answer1: It's applicable for both.( FSW-Outland Only) Answer2: As you are living in Canada so it's not required for you to submit biometrics.

    yes i remember your case, but in some cases spouse are getting BIL request after 15 days

    Don't worry, you are inland applicant or outland.? If you are outland, just wait for this week, as some applicants will get request after 15 days as well. Wish you all the best.
