Usually people gets their pre-arrival letters right before PPR, so yesmaybe it can take a week or something before you get it, wait a little

Finally AOR2 from Warsaw VO. Ecas changed from AR back to in process

Now the most difficult part when you just have to wait. First of all they’ll send you AOR2 and then check your ecas for DM. If you haven’t got AOR2 yet, it’s ok, you may not hear from them for a while.
