Yes, temporary residence and then I entered UCI and family name, along with passport info. I had tried a week ago and it did was not working. Yesterday it worked and I have a work permit application number that starts with a W.

Getting the application returned after so long sounds seriously irritating. I am honestly fairly sure that since you have a temporary application number, they will be able to reopen it rapidly. Still no news on AOR on my end. But I was just able to link the OWP application to the account...

Confirming the trend here. Just received the exact same email. It's a bit troubling, the way they formulate the email make it seem like I am the principal applicant applying for PR when in fact it is my partner doing so.
