Same here... Passports reached CPC - Ottawa on Friday 20th Oct. No update till now, neither in CIC account nor in the mail.

FYI I have received 2 PPR e-mails with a gap of 1 week in between. When I inquired this with CPC-Ottawa, they advised me to ignore the latest, as these mails are system generated. Is there anyone with the same scenario?

May be...but not in all cases, I guess. I got PPR but the status messages are as I wrote in the post.

YUP...

Even after you get PPR, you will see same status messages in your CIC account. Like "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed." "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more...
