Well the conditions before acquiring the PGWP was that we could work full time. The work permit before was study permit. So are u responding as a rep from Cohen?

Sorry. I was told my work experience is not counted before the permit was approved. So even though my 1 year anniversary is Sep 17th. IRCC will count it from Oct 31. So I wanted to submit immediately as you suggested and do everything at once incuding the OBWP. My concern was being penalized...

As a recent graduate, I agree with this recommendation. Choose a college even outside of Toronto if you may or province unless you have connections

My brother who is a citizen doesn't have his original birth certificate to prove we have the same mother (now deceased) because he was adopted by my moms sister.deceas, closed adoption which requires court order to release such document. Is there anything else that cic may accept as proof?
