Well those were my thoughts originally until you suggested what u did. Thanks. Yes I am considering the OINP but wish to avoid if possible. Were u required to meet at median wage rate? And did they ask for any details from the company that was too extreme? Like title, records etc?
Well the conditions before acquiring the PGWP was that we could work full time. The work permit before was study permit. So are u responding as a rep from Cohen?
Is this documented anywhere on the cic website for confirmation because the date of approval for PGWP is what I have been seeing for eligible work experience. Just to be safe. Thanks
Sorry. I was told my work experience is not counted before the permit was approved. So even though my 1 year anniversary is Sep 17th. IRCC will count it from Oct 31. So I wanted to submit immediately as you suggested and do everything at once incuding the OBWP.
My concern was being penalized...
My 1 year PGWP expires Oct 21, 2019, but I was hired September 17, 2018. Do you think I could update my express profile so I can hopefully get pulled and apply for PR to by time? OINP is a very tedious process so I am trying to avoid it. Thoughts?
Under FSW program, if I get a job offer full-time for a year can I use that to get my 50 points? Or does it need to be longer? After that a permanent offer will be made
My brother who is a citizen doesn't have his original birth certificate to prove we have the same mother (now deceased) because he was adopted by my moms sister.deceas, closed adoption which requires court order to release such document. Is there anything else that cic may accept as proof?
