If you go to the website of the Citizenship and Immigration Canada CIC dot GC dot Ca, you will find lots of information about immigrating. If you have a skill that is in demand in Canada, you can apply for a work permit, and maybe immigrate too, I am not sure. Maybe others here know better than me?

For me it took 2 months.

I did the test in the beginning of Dec 2012. I have not yet received an invitation to the oath.

I don't know when the file transferred to my local office. And since I posted in a Scarborough thread, my local office is Scarborough ;)

It is nuts that some people did not show up... Maybe they did not receive the letter? Some people missed the test during my test writing as well...
