If you haven't paid WES than go for CES, UoT as its document requirements are simple. (I mean can easily be meet). The time period of both are almost same.

No its not required but you have to send the original PCC. For karachi its valid for six months and I guess you need to submit a new PCC when application reaches LVO

Dear Sherdills, Its not required as I myself got the ECA from WES by only board attested sealed envelop copies and FYR last year Intermediate/Secondary school certificate copies were not required. its started from this Jan 2014.
