hey At least u received ur PR request. m a June 1 application, our file started processing in January of this year. U guys r lucky received ur AOR / medical last year we did not receive it till this january.. medicals were sent out on feb 6 since than no answer. file went to ottawa this...

try sending buffalo office email at <re-buffalo-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca> see wat they say. if u have ur file number u can put that as reference. we applied in June 2011. did our medicals in January 2012 since than no answer.

contact Canadian Immigration and see what advise they have for u.

I dont know what they are doing in Buffalo. I sent them an case specific email asking about our status no reply yet.

wow congrats that was fast for u. our application went in June 2011 to buffalo. transferred to ottawa, they started procesing our file on Jan 23, 2012 meds done on 24th Jan, sent to ottawa on 6th Feb, file transfered back to buffalo and still no answer from buffalo yet. so frustrating...

how does it take buffalo office to respond..?? they do not provide clear detail of ur application.

Do they send the passport request via email to our lawyers or to the clients. We have lawyers handling our file but they dont like to question cic?

thanks for the info its taking so long and its frustrating too. I did send a inquiry to them regarding the landing fees and they said it can be paid anytime but needs to be paid when they issue the visa. would you know how many days after medical results received they would send the passport...
