Its near to a great joke by CIC.........! Astonish got 208/600 & selected in 3rd draw wow....... Look like he/she has only 1 year or less post secondary education & age around 35, Most probably these are from FSTP not from FSWP Shocked

Normally CIC allots after Cap check & completeness check but may be asking to return your application at right address. What was e mail address which had you from get e mail?

Thank you very much for your reply, it means no e mail should be sent to applicant from CIC? Is It? A person is claiming, he got rejection e mail due to cap reached, it means he is creating anarchy?

Please guide, when cap reached of any NOC. Then CIC sent e mail to applicant & then returned all his package by snail mail.? Or only sent back complete package with explanation letter by snail mail?

Extreme Contradict, 1st You quoted "NOC 1111 will start charging from March first week confirmed by CIC." then very next "Not confirmed by CIC, it is just estimates.". Much astonish for me.....! I am much surprised......! Was it normal???

Have you received ECA e mail by CES or not yet as, yours timeline's 18th weeks have passed today? Were your all documents reached CES before 23/09/2014 (Your application + Attested credentials from every attended Educational Institute)?
