    All looks good man. I have the same with security it was left blank with the mark s.15(1) after some research and a webform i found out that this means the security i passed. It's only a matter of time now.

    I would suggest ordering them just to be sure nothing is wrong and that the delay is due to covid 19. This is what i did. All is passed or completed or currently valid. So my guess is it's just a matter of time.

    PPR delays due to covid-19

    I have read about a person that was an outland from the states but that was for tourism reasons in Canada and stayed there due to lockdown. She sent a webform to IRCC explaining the situation and they treated her file like an Inland and she got PPR. look for it on this forum.

    They are processing outland applicants already? That's great news. I got eligibility and criminality passed on mine and my security background is currently valid. But they didn't mention anything about the final decision. I don't know if there is anything more. I am an FSWO AOR Jan 3rd.

    Better ask for GCMS notes. sometimes you don't call all the information with a phone call. Or try a webform but sometimes also it's not as helpfull as notes
