Yes, They sent out an email, you can collect it from the same address where you gave the Exam. I already took it from them directly.

Degree Completion Letter which would be stating that you have completed your Degree in this period of time. Obviously if you are getting it from University, it would be on University Letter Head.

It varies depending on officer to officer. But put all your documents like Degree, Transcript and Official Letter from the Institute that you completed the course, passport and fees(i dont remember exactly how much it was)
