i think she can apply , moreover she can discuss this matter with ucalgary international office that deals for immigration and visa , they will get her a better advice.

Na man , biometrics are necesary for indians too , u can check it on the cic site , i think u applied paper based on some vfs global center .so if u apply paper based , they take your biometrics on same day with upfront medical.

hi, I have applied for study permit online on 8th september , done with biometrics on 10th September . After that the status shows " we are processing background check ......................." is it normal to get background check started just after biometerics ?anyone else encountered it ?
