She has 1 year Multiple entry visa starting from 13th Jan, 2016. She landed in Canada on 5th Feb 2016. As of today she completes 6 months. But our visitor visa extension application got rejected today.

The border security did not stamp anything. So i am assuming we can stay for 6 months. So today, 5-Aug she would be completing 6 months ... What are our options now ? Should we go to US and come back ? She is Indian Citizen. But has US visitor Visa too. Or can we apply for Restoration of Status ?

Hey Guys, Been reading about the content of the petition .. in my humble opinion .. We can do with better words. 'Torturing' and 'dying' doesn't sound right. We could make it more formalised yet convey our anguish and suffering. Just my 2 cents. Thanks.
