hi Tina85 well my opinion this tool you are talking about could take some time for them to update the adrees (two to three weeks) my opinion still the same better to call them even if you are outside the country its faster (right away) and more credible. good luck

Tina85 hi just call them and update your adreess and they will send it again if they alreasdy sent it before. and you should know that pr card always being send by registered mail so no way to get lost. dont worry call them ASAP,no need to apply again and no need to check the status for the pr...

marwah no, that doesnt mean they will issue the visa the same day, they ussualy ask for passport and other kind of ID so it is normal. but dont worry it will be close good luck
