None of them are FSW-O with VO Ottawa as far as I can see. CEC/PNP and FSW-O with regional offices are lucky tho.

Some people get PPR in 2-3 months, others in 6-8. If there is no RR/SS in your file and you are lucky enough, you should get it before the 6 month mark.

Yes, 40 minutes after the email with medicals passed. But background check did not change, so I guess it is not that important.
