The language (targeted , lowered) suggest that they already sent the NOI for these occupations, it doesn't clearly say that they will continue..

To all hoping for NOI under ICT occupations and who have under 400 CRS score: For now, I think we need to just wait coz Ontario just published that they have targeted certain nocs, and lowered the score. The language suggest everything is past, so I think we don't have a chance in near future...
