Dear AbdelAllah, I agree with you. I think that the value on CIC website are updated after stage 2 and stage 3 i.e even after payment is processed successfully and PER issues. Its seems bit tight for July applicants for NOC 2147..

Dear Forum Members, My brother applied for FSW 2013 and his file reached CIC on 2nd July . He applied under NOC 2147.. What are his chances of making CAP. And CIC is currently working on which dates?
