I believe you may have processed a PCC before. If so you do not need to send a fresh set of finger prints. (I have done that before) Once you complete the online application, web page will prompt you for the payment!

You have a very wierd story! If you are still waiting for your LMO, how did you know it's expiry date?? You cannot apply for a work permit with an expired LMO. Who told you about the expiry date?? Your employer?? If your employer already have a LMO why they are not sending it to you??
