if u move to other country u have to update to CIC about ur purpose......... u need to get the medical examination done from where ur presently, not from previous country............... there may b rejection in case of not intimation to CIC.

CIC dont issue any e-visa's. I think ur probably in the final stage of PR. so don't miss this chance. U need to update the status to CIC about ur staying in Australia. if you don't inform, its gonna be a problem in rejecting ur application at final stage, so i recommend you to please inform CIC...
