Yes, I’m sure. But unfortunately with everything going on it may stay that way for a while until you receive an AIP (or rejection).

I applied July 10 from the US and got the AIP around August 14

That message means your eligibility review has started

I believe your eligibility will start before your aip because the aip checks your eligibility among other things

I’ve heard of people getting it back within a 2-3 weeks. If you haven’t received any updates until this point, it might be worthwhile to spend the extra $5. You’d hope to be updated soon, and maybe you’ll receive an AIP before sep 15, but others have been waiting since March so you never know...

Nobody knows, but if you’re really curious to know more info about your case you can order your GCMS notes that shows a bit more about your file...but it hasn’t been incredibly long since you applied so I’m not sure if you’ll get very much.

What do you mean aug 24-31 is the last week with restrictions? If you’re talking about the US, didn’t they extend the restrictions into September?
