Yes, you can print the invite. In fact, the agent told me that when they send you the invite via email that is the only copy you receive. About the paper to sign (cit-0039), usually it is attached to the email they send you along with the invite. If you didn't receive it, i suggest you call them...

He is actually still waiting; he submitted the RQ end of April.

This happened to a friend of mine. The interview went well, he was told to wait 2-4 months for the oath. However, a week later he received a RQ. He had only left Canada once for 3 weeks!

There are two ceremonies on July 13th! Also, we are a small size sample on this forum, which is why we don't hear much about oath invite. Let's hope that we will get the invites this month!
