The response you received is quite unusual but it could well be their reaction to your CSE. Probably, more experienced members can give you an advice. I guess there is nothing you can do right now but wait for an update from CIC. If there is really a negative result, it won't take them too long...

E-enabled panels are those who do the medical exams and upload the results online instead of sending them to CIC by courier. It has nothing to do with FSW or EE. If you have just received your MR email only for a few days, I would suggest you give yourself some more days to see if other emails...
