If this guys WP expires on jan 2 how would he apply for PR under CIC would he be able to get BOWP would they still allow the guy to apply co Ive heard stories were CIC rejects the application bec status is already expired

OMG i have waited long enough the first time i submitted my application for PR CEC category suddenly close the cap which i was applyng so I hve to reapply under AINP. And its almost 1 yr now still no news from AINP. :o :o :o

Cause from what I understand they were going to announce on what category the are going to draw on a certain date. i.E january 9 under FSW they dnt even explain how many slots were available per draw. Its quit confusing.

I kept on reading it am just anxious about the minimum score i already tried creating a profile and i did submit it as well. Am just worried about the draw thing. Is it gonna be like picking the lucky winners of anlottery draw

Thats right AINP shld stop accepting application if CiC dnt allow them to increase the number of quota. Why cant they apply the same rules that other province are doing. What about those who applied much earlier thats totally unfair they shld go back to FIFO rule.

Ohhh you can get 600 points if your being nominated by the province or if you have a job offer from a valid employer... But this is whats bugging me what if you have been nominated and also got a permanent job offer. how does the scoring works comsidering that both nomination nd job offer...

Yes we do agree with their terms but they could atleast have the decency to Notify us whether or not our application have been rejected or accepted... Why do they need to continue accepting applications if the quota has been served. While other Provinces usually stop accepting applications if...
