PMP does not get you any additional points in EE. I am certified too but i am not planning to add it to education section, as it does not impact the profile. However, it may strengthen your claim for mentioned roles and responsibilities, depending on your NOC.

In India, one can get the PCC from PSK. PCC does not mention address, and it is a valid/recognised document. I don't think Varun got it done from PSK.

Agreed. Meanwhile, if points continue to drop further, OINP may need to revise (lower) the cut-off as well.
