I Applied online(general) on 17th October

The thing is my medicals were updated and review started on 24th october,but i got acknowledgement on 14th november.

I got on 14th nov... Maybe next week we can expect the decision

I was also having the same doubt... But i think only if there is any public holidays in the weekdays

I think you will get a decision mostly this week. A lot of profiles are getting their medicals updated and visa approved on the same day.

I too applied online(general) on 17th October. Medicals updated on 24th October and review started on the same day. Yesterday i recieved the first acknowledgement letter.

You should wait for some time. My friend who applied SDS Online. He got his medicals updated and visa approval on the same day.
