i've been trying to link to my GCKey account for the past 3 months , and it never worked , i wrote them several times , but i only got their auto-reply ( which is never helps ) ...

i got my pre-arrival back in jan .. still nothing :/

I put 2 as family members , the applicant and myself , but it is still not working :(

well .. i received my pre-arrival email back in Jan 18, and up to now they're still doing my background check .. i heard it's vary .. but who knows ! :confused:

Hello .. my application started in Nov 2014 .. in January 2018 i received pre-arrival services .. up to this date .. nothing at all .. not even for medical exam :confused:

Well .. i never tried calling them, plus i have been trying to link my application online many times since 2 weeks on daily basis but still not linking .. i tired all the methods i read here in all threads .. but i don't know why it is not linking , i thought maybe because all my applications...

yea sorry, when i try to link my application though my application number, but it shows that application number is wrong, ALTHOUGH its right and i copied and pasted but still same issue, but all other informations is correct without any errors, but still no application found....

In my GCKey , there is nothing updated , since i created the account , which is more than a year now ,, the only thing appears there is : Please select Continue to return to the Government of Canada online service. That's it ! how to check my applications updates ? Thank you ...
